inspiration

Life's been quite busy at the moment (though when isn't it?). In personal news, my mock trial* team came in eighth out of thirty-two teams, and we're advancing to the next level! I've started reading Middlemarch for my research paper book (don't ask me why I'm excited for this, it's the literary nerd in me), and I have all this extra energy since I'm tapering* now for swimming.

Sadly, though I've been a bit uninspired, and I can hardly proper outfit shots when I've barely been home as of late. So, for my post I thought I'd introduce a blog that I've become smitten with, mainly because the photographer, Rockie Nolan, is a genius. And the fashion commenter, Sati, is hilarious and frankly honest.

Aren't these shots absolutely lovely? I wish I was a better photographer, so I could know how to create shots like this (must go off and ask my friend for help!) Do check them out, the blog has tips on thrifting, thoughts on fashion, and absolutely breathtaking photos. Ah and of course, you'll have major hair envy of Rockie. It isn't enough that she gets to have the perfect shade of red for hair, but it's got a wave to it as well!
Hopefully I shall be more inspiring in my next post.
