dear...

Dear God,
I'm really, really sorry that I didn't attend Ash Wednesday services, and I haven't been to church since Christmas. I'll try to be less crummy of a Catholic from now on, okay? Just don't force me to try and parallel park while rushing to work again, that was just bad.

Dear Senior Year,
Can you stop being so crappy? Every senior tradition has been an absolute bust: homecoming, color day, and now senior skip day. The big traditions are coming up fast, so let's not screw them up too.

Dear Chelsea,
I cannot wait for your murder mystery party tomorrow. Hollywood red carpet means I get to dress up like I would for prom (only better) and I am thoroughly excited to a happy end to this crummy week =)

Dear Mom,
Thanks for taking me out to lunch today, it was actually better than my original plans =) And, of course, the fact that you are excited to buy my dorm room supplies for next year excites me!

Dear US Elle,
My friend had your March issue, and I liked the fact that Keira was on the cover and a Glee coverage within that I went and got it after work on a whim. And, let me tell you, I am enjoying this issue completely. Keira looks gorgeous, Glee is amazing, all the features are just perfect.

love S.Elisabeth

  5. I love these little messages! You are very creative :) How cool of your mom to take you to lunch, I miss doing things like that with my mom. I hope that your senior year gets better! Since all the big tradition days were bad, I think you should create a new one.

  11. Oh, this is a great idea! I could think of so many 'Dear ...', but then I would have to admit to my short-comings. Tough one... (Does your mum read your blog?)
